Schedule with us once you've selected the items for your store from our Marketplace, and when you have the proper artwork files. Only the following logo formats may be used:
- DSTs for embroidery (exception: items supplied by Printful & Printify use only a PNG for embroidery). Note: some decorators have multiple thread color palettes, but all of them use Madeira Polyneon, so if possible, have your DST made with Madeira Polyneon color codes.
- PNGs for everything else — must be 300 dpi, transparent background, various color versions (for example light for dark items, dark for light items, full-color, grayscale for engraving).
- Items from FAST Platform (only) require an EPS format for non-embroidered products.
